When you use all-natural soy wax, you may sometimes notice darker spots or damp spots in your container candles. Soy wax doesn’t burn as hot as paraffin wax, so soy wax candles require a thicker wick that won’t burn 100% and may need to be trimmed regularly. Please remember that the candles are poured by hand and are not mass produced. Although every effort is made to ensure consistency, every candle will be different. When you light a soy candle for the first time, let the wax melt down to the sides of the container.
Due to the holiday season and the delay with usps, I would say that a total of 11 days to receive this candle is acceptable.
